All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email.

Once your order has been shipped, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We offer flat-rate or free shipping depending on promotions or your location. Full details are available at checkout.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at tridimug@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
